I’m a software engineer based in Los Angeles.

I have multiple years of experience writing back and front-end code in JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, and SQL, and am experienced with Prisma, Docker, and Rails. From 2020-2024, I worked at PayPal within the Checkout & Beyond division. There I primarily used React (JavaScript and TypeScript), Next.js, and GraphQL with Apollo. I recently took a brief detour to lend my skills to an AI startup where I primarily worked with Next.js, Planetscale (Postgres), and Prisma as well as implementing custom webhooks and API endpoint route handlers to integrate with 3rd party SaaS like Salesforce and Gong via Paragon's SDK. In 2020, I worked with a small team to launch Venice, a framework that simplifies deploying and managing event-stream processing pipelines.

When I'm not writing responsive applications and human-friendly code, I stay busy exploring the history of Los Angeles and its cinematic past. I enjoy listening to film podcasts and watching horror movies. I also love to cook and playing with my cats, Didi and Gogo.
